Hireling rules inspired by a mini

This little 40 page book of rules and ideas came from a miniature, like most great ideas do! Use this amazing miniature (sculpted by Made by Fools, link below) painted up just for you, and follow the steps in Running a Hireling to introduce a fun new character at your table.

"Running a Hireling" includes:

• d100 lists to use when creating your hireling character,
• rules for determining their helpful specialties,
• quest hooks to tie adventures directly to the hireling, and 
  
• 20 upgradeable specialties.

Hireling Work Log sheets

It's time for the party to track the hireling's progress! Tear off a sheet and track their daily contributions to the party. It's up to you how many entries they'll need to gain a specialty, but somewhere around a week's worth is a good place to start.

There are 30 sheets to a pack, and a downloadable sheet is included so you can always print your own. If you'd like to pick up extra packs, those are available too! 

Ideas for any game system

All rules are presented in a system-agnostic way. Depending on your game, the ideas in the book might be all you really need! If you want some guidance, there are two "Rules and Mechanics" translation cards with specific rules for supported TTRPGs.
