Every d100 roll gives you something strange and fun. Roll a 71? That's a Potion of Telegraphed Moves. How about a 28? That's the Potion of Thorny Persuasion. What exactly do those do? That's up to you!
And if you want even more chaotic options, roll 2 d100 and mix up two results. Like the above example, which becomes a Potion of Thorny Moves. Interesting...
